I've known Carla for over 10 years after I hired her to join Kellogg. She reported directly to me for 8 years and during that time she was promoted and was a key member of my team. Highlighting just a few of Carla's skills that have been crucial to her success; her detail-orientation, the ability to see the larger picture, and willingness to share her perspective and ideas to move initiatives forward. In particular, Carla required minimal oversight from me to manage her complex initiatives to fruition while always engaging other team members in a positive manner.
