I received my initial ratings back from the VA in 2018/2019. However, I wasn't truly happy with the outcome, and I was also battling denied claims for other conditions from the VA. After some time I contacted Steven and he assisted me in getting the correct ratings for my service connected disabilities. He was very thorough, communicative, and easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way, and whenever I was unsure of a question or part of the process, he didn't hesitate to assist me. He was professional and dedicated to helping me directly. Steven helped me through the process of increasing my disability rating at the VA from 80% to 100% P&T. I was skeptical at first, because I heard other vets talking about companies that claim they are going to help, but then you never hear back from them once they get paid.
