You can prompt GPT and Claude for feedback on your resume and mocks alllll day long, but Connor's attention to detail, sharp read on people, and very realistic and honest perspective catch many, many things you and AI can't. I first reached out to Connor to help me evaluate a pivot from PM to PMM. Since then, he's been an important ally throughout the job hunt process, from positioning and resume reviews to mocks and offer negotiation. Connor has a knack for breaking down complex problems and finding tactical solutions. His resume reviews were incredibly detailed, and I ended up with copies that landed well even for roles where I had little prior experience. Michael gave really practical and realistic advice for someone early in their career journey. He shared helpful insights on how to reach out to people in tech more effectively and how breaking larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks can make them much more achievable.
