Emily was a great coach to have in my MBA application and interview process. She not only helped me write great essays, but also helped me pick which schools to apply to, helped me curate my brand, and think about how to ensure my excitement for my top choices was coming through my application effectively. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the schools I was considering and chose to apply to and had specific guidance and support for each, which is something that was very much valued in a stressful process. I would highly recommend working with Emily if you want strong 1:1 support and coaching, a clear articulation of your goals and story, and guidance through what is typically a stressful process to navigate!

Faisal is a fantastic MBA admissions consultant. Originally I was hesitant to use a consultant or not. It’s a lot of money, and I wasn’t even sure I’d follow through with an MBA program if admitted. Faisal’s a-la-carte approach and the support of the Leland platform of educational resources convinced me to take the dive and commit to a $4k package that briefly covered ~3 applications. I shopped around to find the right consultant, and it was clear that Faisal understood the MBA landscape and career paths better than most. He is deeply embedded in the admission process and his knowledge of it is invaluable. Boy, was I glad I did. From the moment we started working together, Faisal gave me the structure and assurance I needed to put together my best applications. His focus on understanding my story and my career interests meant that not only was I creating an MBA application, but also charting out a career I was excited for. If the MBA didn’t pan out, I still felt like my time with Faisal wouldn’t be wasted. Faisal brought structure and follow-through to an otherwise messy process. While I knew I was a strong writer, his stamp of approval was crucial to understand what makes a good or a great essay. He was flexible and efficient with our time. In the end, I was admitted with scholarship to every school I applied to. 160k at Tepper, 130k at MIT LGO, 60k at Johnson, 50k at Tuck, and 30k at Yale SOM. Dione was super helpful during my application process. She provided advice and feedback that went beyond essays / resumes and helped me with broader career and life advice as well. Working with Indrani was incredibly helpful. As a former admissions officer, she provided an objective, honest perspective on my essays and ideas, clearly telling me what worked and what didn’t. That clarity was invaluable, especially when I was on a tight deadline. Her feedback helped streamline the entire process and made my revisions much more focused and efficient. Even though we worked together for a short time, I’m extremely happy with how my essays turned out—not to mention my admissions results!

I came to John with a few das left before my INSEAD interviews and INSEAD assessment and outlined the challenge of helping me with final polish. John went over and above considering the time left and studied my essays, LinkedIn and CV to tailor our practice interviews. He was very knowledgeable about the INSEAD process and types of interview questions, some of which were critical to practice and really helped me up my performance in the real deal. Additionally, John was a great supporter and absolutely gassed me up and got my confidence up before the assessments!

Coming from a non-traditional background, Alex masterfully helped me craft my resume and essays into a story that painted me a solid MBA applicant. He's a fantastic writer, which really made up for my shortcomings. And he knows how to make a bulletproof resume! He was very professional, conscious of our time, and had the best input. On top of all that, he was very invested in my success. Strongly recommend!

EDIT: I JUST GOT ADMITTED TO CBS! I had 72 hours until the CBS Application Deadline, and I was staring at a blank word document. I had spent the last several weeks on my HBS and Wharton apps, and left little time for CBS. Victoria came in with 6 comprehensive CBS guides from what exactly they were looking for, to a through breakdown on how to tackle each Essay, to a crash course on the CBS Brand & Culture, to Essay Brainstorming, etc. From these, I was able to create strong drafts for her to edit. Some coaches require 24-48 hours to return edits Not Victoria: she only took a few hours to return detailed, direct line edits. Doesn't matter time of day or holiday. She is laser focused on calls too, so no small talk to maximize meeting time for your benefit. She also overhauled each bullet of my resume (that I originally thought was good) to make them more clear and concise. After one more round of edits, I submitted minutes before the deadline. Weeks later, to my surprise, I learned that I got a CBS interview invite. Victoria provided a interview bank of dozens of CBS-specific questions. I worked with Victoria and her interview guide to create 8 stories to respond to any behavioral question. The CBS interview is not difficult from a technical standpoint, but requires one to know their story and purpose like the back of their hand. In 2 mock interviews, she grilled me and gave me very actionable feedback on how to improve along with answering my very specific interview scenarios. We had a final touchpoint right before the interview. From these practices, I came into the interview confident and prepared. And this showed during the interview, I started strong and used that momentum to carry me forward. Although there were a few questions I hadn't prepared that the interviewer used to try and stump me, through the way Victoria trained me, I was able to think quickly on the spot and come up with solid, insightful responses. I just had my interview yesterday and am still waiting for CBS's final decision. But admit or ding, I have no regrets as I believe I put my best application forward and gave the best interview possible - all with Victoria's help.

Geri was very thoughtful about the interview prep process and prepped questions that were relevant to my experiences. She has given me immense confidence in going into the interview process and has made me excited for the interview. She also has great knowledge about the HBS interviewer's perspective and the behind the scenes. If her services are within your budget, I would suggest taking the plunge. I would have regretted not taking advantage of her services to prep for a 30 minute life changing interview at HBS.
