Patient and gives appropriate guidance

I could not recommend Michael's coaching enough!!! He was consistently so informed and efficient with his coaching while still being kind, supportive, and patient throughout this process. He was always enthusiastic in his responses, to any question big or small, and he continually responded with feedback and to questions in a timely and thorough manner. He is an amazing coach!!!

I had the opportunity to work with M on my Round 2 application for Stanford, and it was honestly an amazing experience. What I appreciated most was her structured yet very human approach. She builds everything around a shared Miro board, which becomes your central workspace for brainstorming, refining stories, organizing thoughts, and tracking progress. It makes the whole journey feel clear and manageable instead of overwhelming. M also brings incredibly sharp insights into what really matters in an application, especially for Stanford GSB and the MSx program. You can tell she’s been doing this for years, because her guidance is grounded, thoughtful, and very real. Whether it was shaping positive impact stories, strengthening my application narrative, or refining my resume, she constantly went the extra mile. I loved her slow and steady approach. Instead of jumping straight into “let’s write answers,” she first helps you reflect on your journey and values. It may feel slower at the start, but if you trust the process and follow the Miro workflow, everything starts to come together beautifully. Writing becomes so much easier once the foundation is clear. She also did multiple rounds of edits on my drafts. The difference between my first draft and final version was huge, and very visible. My resume especially became so much sharper and aligned with how top schools think. She also had really helpful advice on navigating a weaker GPA, which gave me a lot of confidence. Beyond all the strategy and editing, M is also such a great moral support through the process. She’s warm, encouraging, honest in the right moments, and genuinely invested in your success. That makes a big difference during something as stressful as applications. Overall, working with M made the entire experience not just productive, but reassuring and enjoyable. If you trust her process, the journey really does start to feel like a cakewalk. Huge kudos to her and I’d recommend her wholeheartedly.

What you see is what you get...and with Chris, that's a good thing. When I met Chris, I found him to a have a genuine warmth and presence about him that felt reassuring and inviting. Since our first meeting, I've come appreciate our relationship and him as a person. Chris has been patient, yet supportive. He has helped me create a sense of structure to this process - I look at him as a sherpa guiding me through unknown territory. His effort has been more of a gentle nudge than a hard push and I needed that. He is reassuring, in part, because he knows what he's talking about and also because he has a gift for communication. He is finding me where I am, not expecting me to be someone I'm not. Personally, I'm thankful and appreciative to have met Chris and I'm better off having the opportunity to work with him.

Michael gave such comprehensive feedback on my drafts for my Fulbright ETA application and truly knows what the board is looking for. He gave great pointers on how to improve my writing, make my application more in-depth and engaging, and create a strong narrative thread throughout all the written portions. Without his help, my application would not have been nearly as strong. He is kind, insightful, and always ready to help. I couldn't recommend working with him enough!
