Roberto is one of those incredible and really natural coaches who gets to the core right off the bat. I loved how he was able to help me figure out what I actually wanted through coaching by laying it out for me. I also am immensely grateful to Roberto for really bringing in a perspective that was very unique to my application. He helped me take a step back and have a lens to look at my weaknesses nourish them and lean into my strengths. I loved how he is truly supportive and wants you to succeed.
