I came to Fiona with fully drafted essays less than 4 weeks before the deadline. Fiona helped me understand their weaknesses, and we gave them nothing short of a complete overhaul in the very limited time we had. I'm very happy with the way the essays turned out and confident they're light-years ahead of what I was prepared to submit working on my own. Fiona took the time to understand my personal story, draw out my strengths, and make sure they were properly highlighted in each essay. I was particularly impressed with her ability to adapt to my "straight to the point" working style. She quickly grasped my constraints and provided realistic, achievable advice that would be most impactful for my application. Fiona was exceptionally efficient with the time- she always came prepared to our meetings and we accomplished so much each hour I ended up spending far less on sessions than I anticipated. As an aside, I have a close friend who paid an MBA consultant north of $12k to work with him, start to finish, on 3 applications. After comparing notes with him, I felt Fiona offered incredible value given her efficiency and hourly rate. I would highly recommend her!

Cengiz gave incredibly detailed and actionable feedback on my essays. We were working on tight timelines and he still was super active in spending suitable amounts of time with clear feedback that was easy for me to action. It was a pleasure to work with him on my essays!

She was also great at talking through my experiences & figuring out what to add to make me stand-out even more! 3. I really enjoyed working with Neil. His comments and advices are thoughtful, insightful, and honest which I appreciate. He was really easy to work with. He stayed on top of everything and followed up with me to make sure he could answer all of the questions I had. If I was earlier in the process, I would definitely suggest Neil to create a comprehensive package for me. I personally recommended Neil to two of my friends who are applying in R2.

Karla has been very helpful throughout our coaching session. She was very patient and would promptly reply to any questions I had. I used to struggle with the behavioural component in interviews, and we did several practice runs until I got confident with my answers. She helped me craft a very good story and explained the key points I should remember during these interviews. She carefully guides you throughout the process and provides you with relevant resources/materials to learn from as well. Overall, I believe Karla provides the best coaching for someone who is considering a career in banking.
