I worked with Chip on my business school applications. I thought I already had a good start on my essays for Kellogg's 1Y program. I was expecting to have a few edits from Chip and then be on my way - boy was I wrong. In an empathetic and encouraging way, Chip shared his honest assessment of my essays and very specific tactics to improve them. He encouraged me to dig deeper into my values, emotions, and vision for my future. He truly helped me transform my essays to something more more comprehensive of who I am and highlight what truly makes me unique. This process was not always easy or graceful, but Chip's encouragement and partnership along the way gave me the confidence I needed. I would 1,000% work with Chip again and recommend anyone to do so. I was later accepted to the Kellogg 1Y program with a scholarship thanks to Chip's help!
