After interviewing multiple different consultants as I started my MBA process, I was underwhelmed at what I had found. Then I met Alex. Alex was kind, attentive, eloquent, and immediately got to work in our intro call at pulling the important parts out of my story. In a few short meetings, I had done more in terms of forming my story than I could have ever done alone. As applications started, Alex was with me (and I mean really with me) through every step of the way. When I got interviews at both Stanford and Harvard, he organized separate mock interviews for each even though he was not required. I’ll be honest, applying to an MBA program is brutally hard and your consultant won’t do all the work for you. But if you want a consultant who is the cream of the crop and will do all he can to elevate your application to the next level, go with Alex!

I worked with Andrew to prepare for my Kellogg Future Leaders interview. During our sessions, he went above and beyond, offering more than the simple walkthrough of sample questions. His feedback was tailored to my profile and candidacy. He challenge me to hone-in and share my passion for the things that matter most to me. I would recommend that anyone going through deferred admit and / or the KFL process work with Andrew!

Allie is the best. Calling her an MBA Coach undersells the value she brings to the table. She was an incredible thought partner who not only helped me craft the story that got me accepted to my dream program, but ALSO helped me deepen my thinking on my personal value proposition, career goals, and plan of attack once I actually got to school. She is thoughtful, reliable, and frankly just a joy to work with. You would be lucky to have her on your team!

Allie helped me with my MBA application process. I was amazed by the deep knowledge and expertise she had towards different schools and applications. I have a rather untraditional background and Allie helped me tremendously with crafting the stories and tweaking them so they are tailored to each school. Also, English was not my first language, so Allie also helped me to polish the essays so they came out elegantly and to the highest standard. 100% recommend Allie to anyone who is considering an mba program and not sure where to start with their applications!

Alex is fantastic. Even after doing my own research, it was difficult to know where to begin. Alex helped me get everything on the table so that I could start constructing my story for the AdComs. He was extremely helpful in establishing a timeline to keep me on track and accountable. He’s also extremely familiar with how the AdCom of each school thinks and what they’re looking for, which helped me to uniquely tailor my essays for each school. He was a great sounding board for ideas as I was starting to write my essays, and helped tremendously as I sharpened and refined the final product. By the end, the quality of my application was far beyond what I would have been capable of producing alone.

It is difficult for me to imagine what the state of my applications would be without the help of Alex. Alex was most beneficial in the most important aspect of the application, crafting the story. Alex was collaborative in brainstorming sessions and provided objective and necessary feedback, continuing the discussion until we both felt confident. Alex’s feedback on essay drafts was also very constructive. Again, necessary in order to ensure an encompassing message was being told within the character limits. I applied to a large number of schools and Alex’s organized and strategic mindset helped us meticulously work through each application and ensure we were tracking to meet deadlines. When interviews came around, Alex provided me with a scouting report for each school and conducted mock interviews which helped me come relaxed and prepared on the day of the interviews. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone applying to MBA schools as he is extremely knowledgeable of the application process, especially when it comes to tailoring essays to different schools/audiences, and he is a “straight shooter” that will be honest and upfront because he knows what is needed for success in this process. Thanks, Alex!

As a candidate who failed to secure an interview from any of the schools I applied to last year, I came to Alex with my confidence historically low. Working with Alex is a smooth, demanding, and satisfactory experience. He encouraged me and helped me stand out among the over-representative candidate pool. Needless to praise his skills of writing and editing, I was impressed by his extraordinary humbleness and decisiveness. He patiently and stringently collected as much information as he could to help me solve all sorts of difficulties during the process. When facing a dilemma, Alex would not hesitate to tell me his true thought and help me make a decision substantiated with abundant experiences and past cases. There was no politics working with Alex and the entire process was efficient and effective. I would recommend Alex to every candidate, especially to those who face dilemmas and need plans tailored to tackle them. Alex will give you peace of mind during the daunting MBA application process.

I worked with Karla as my admissions consultant for my application to joint MBA and MPP programs and gained admission to Wharton for my MBA and Harvard Kennedy for my MPP! As a BIPOC applicant with international experience, I was particularly impressed by Karla's deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that I faced in the admissions process. One of the standout features of Karla's approach was her strong focus on essay strategy. She helped me craft compelling, authentic essays that really conveyed my strengths and experiences in a way that resonated with the admissions committees. Thanks to Karla's guidance and support, I was accepted into my top choice programs. I highly recommend her services to any joint/concurrent MBA/MPP applicants, especially BIPOC applicants looking for a knowledgeable and strategic advocate in the admissions process.

My son and I understood how important essays were for his chances of acceptance to BYU because they’re weighted so heavily by admissions. Given the numerous essays, along with their 1500 character counts, we didn't know where to start: which stories to share, what points to make, how to tie things together, etc. In short, we were overwhelmed and stuck doing nothing until we found Susie. Susie was fantastic - her skills are tremendous and her essay planning templates and outlines stellar. She truly made every word he wrote count! Regardless of the outcome of my son's application, I will NEVER regret hiring Susie to coach my son. It was an investment in his future.

There has been and still is a whole lot of gratitude at our house for you! My husband and I are not great at writing and we weren't sure what BYU is looking for. Our daughter said that getting your help was the best thing we could have done to help her.
