I am pleased to recommend Besa, who served as a Project Manager at my Financial Direct Client (Wealth Management). Based on the Hiring Manager's response, she consistently demonstrated strong leadership and exceptional organizational skills, successfully managing multiple projects from inception to completion and has excelled at coordinating cross-functional teams. When I was personally in touch with her, she was/is very humble in terms of coordination and communication. I'll always recommend her as one of the best assets to any organization.

In the year or two that Besa and I worked together at Activate Care, with her acting as the Project Manager & Scrum Master for the product development team that I led, her work ethic was always simply fabulous. She always showed up on time and did work that made everyone happy to have her on the team. She is a natural leader... and she might sometimes lead you head-first into an excel sheet (with charts), or even a fun fact or bad pun! I would highly recommend Besa for any role, but especially one where she's tutoring, because she has genuinely said on multiple occasions that she really loves tutoring others in math.

​I worked with Besjana for over three years while at PwC, and she is one of a handful of people that particularly stand out in my memory because she was such a pleasure to work with. Besjana's unique combination of strong people skills and excellent analytical abilities make her a very competitive candidate, with a great track record of managing complex work both on her own and within a team. In terms of key attributes, Besjana is a self-starter who we could rely on to keep complex projects 'on the rails,' possessing a strong attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture. Her ability to think at a high level while also getting 'deep into the weeds' with numbers gives her a knack for synthesizing granular information -- such as financial data -- into meaningful insights. She also possesses very strong communication skills; in addition to being a great mentor for other team members with diverse learning styles, she managed complicated project timelines with many moving parts while keeping stakeholders fully engaged, even when that required navigating situations with a lack of clear answers. While her position at PwC did not specifically involve tutoring math, she demonstrated a wide array of transferrable skills which would lend themselves very strongly to this role.

Audra is attentive and creates a personal connection that allows you to be comfortable when working together. She is patient and will find the best way to help you understand whatever concept you are learning. She definitely played a major part in helping me raise my GRE score over 15 points and get into the Human Environmental Science Master’s Program at The University of Alabama.

Eshaan was a knowledgable, attentive, and dedicated LSAT tutor who helped me improve in the specific areas where I needed support. I had been struggling to make progress in Reading Comprehension before working with him, but throughout our sessions, he took the time to dive deeply into replicable strategies that I could apply to every RC section. As a result, I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in my RC accuracy. He always explained tough concepts in a patient and thorough manner and is genuinely invested in his students’ success. I feel much more prepared and confident going into my LSAT than I did before working with Eshaan, and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone preparing for the LSAT.

I really appreciate how Audra can quickly assess where my deficiency areas are. If any areas are more deficient than the others, she makes a note to come back to those areas until I understand the concepts better.

Audra is a great tutor! I came into the process with very little preparation or knowledge of the GMAT/GRE and MBA program expectations. She walked me through the whole testing process and advised me on what was best. She is extremely knowledgeable of the test material. Audra never made me feel like I was asking a silly question and was extremely patient and understanding. Because of our sessions, I was able to gain confidence and hit my target score.

Audra is a dedicated and dependable team member. What really stood out when she worked on my team is her ability to proactively problem solve, successfully handle ambiguous and multi-faceted situations, and deliver high quality work and products. Audra is an excellent tutor. I engaged her for help on the quant and IR sections, in particular, and she did a great job explaining difficult concepts in simple and accessible terms. I was never able to grasp probabilities and combinatorics before working with her but she patiently explained them until I fully understood and was comfortable doing the problems. She also provided helpful shortcuts that improved my speed and efficiency on the test. Highly recommend!
