I worked with Matt for almost a year and would recommend him as a tutor for the GRE. He helped me craft a great study schedule that gave me structure for studying for the GRE. He broke down problems that I was having the most difficulty with in order to help identify the negative patterns that I was consistently making. He tailored his strategies and problems to the areas that I needed the most help in. This helped me greatly because I felt more comfortable with the GRE and learned what areas I needed to focus on more. Matt is very attentive, kind, and patient. These characteristics make him a wonderful tutor.

This was my last lesson with Matthew as I am taking the GRE in a week. I wouldn't have achieved the confidence I have now without his guidance in the test preparation process. He came to every lesson prepared and taught me necessary problem-solving skills in addition to teaching material that I needed to review/learn. I was very anxious and lacked confidence during my first lesson but Matthew was very kind and supportive; he helped me achieve the confidence I now have. He was very flexible and always stressed that he was there for me if I needed any help outside of our scheduled lessons. I highly recommend him as a tutor!

I would strongly recommend Jad for his GMAT/GRE services. I personally used his services for GMAT and I was able to increase my verbal score was 120 points. Yes 120 points just on VERBAL alone!! I was always good at Quant but even in that section he helped me with few strategies to increase my score. My significantly improved GMAT score helped me earn interviews from the top business schools such as Wharton, Kellogg and Columbia. Anyone who is serious about preparing for GMAT/GRE must and must seek help from Jad, I can assure you that he would have new strategies to help you reach your full potential. Jad is not only extremely smart and but also works very hard with students on specific needs on topic or area. He is very personable and patient. I remember I had great difficulty in understanding participle modifier concept, but Jad went over it like 100 times till I clearly understood the concept. He just rocks!! And is awesome.

I hired Jad to tutor me for the GRE - quantitative section - a month ago. I wanted a tutor that knew what he/she was doing. I went through LinkedIn and his name popped up. He was also later highly recommended by a friend of mine. His ability to communicate and explain the material in the simplest form and in different ways enabled me to understand and really master the concepts tested on the GRE. Jad knows and understands the material and genuinely enjoys what he does. For questions that intimidated me he made me break them down into simple, understandable material. I got one-on-one, top-notch tutoring at a very good price. After taking my test, I send my scores to my prospective school and the Admissions Committee commented on my “very impressive quant score”. Firstly, Jad absolutely masters any and all GMAT-related content and literature, having authored a large chunk of the official Manhattan GMAT curriculum (see any foreword of the Manhattan GMAT series). Whether you work with him in person or via skype his approach is flexible and tailored to the student. He is able to systematically come up with different examples to boil down problems to their essence and build your knowledge from the ground up. He has at his finger tips the alternative approaches to any one problem, he creates his own slides for live discussion and test-like simulation of "what-would-Jad-do?", he knows all the ins and outs of exam tactics and strategies (the list goes on)...really, a one-of-a-kind 360 GMAT tutor in a league of his own. Lastly, Jad is the ultimate teacher and mentor. He is calm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly, he takes a genuine interest in the development of the student and the achievement of his or her goals. It is a pleasure to work with Jad and I am glad I met him.

Jad is an absolutely incredible tutor. He deeply understands the material covered on the test and goes above and beyond to ensure that his students can also feel comfortable with the material. Jad's teaching style is engaging, patient, and supportive, making our sessions both productive and enjoyable. As a result of working with Jad, I was able to raise my GMAT score by about 70 points!
