Reuben is a rare individual. Not many people go above and beyond to help others the way Reuben does. With his assistance, I landed an associate product manager position at StubHub as a student straight out of college, majoring in a non-technical field. I connected with Reuben via a cold LinkedIn message. We had a series of calls where he guided me through which product roles to strategically apply for given my background. He also advised me on presenting my resume most favorably and how to ace behavioral, product-thinking, and technical interview questions. Despite being a complete stranger, Reuben took considerable time to tweak individual bullets in my resume, share personal resources, and go over mock questions on calls. This amazed me. Reuben explained the different flavors of product management and determined which flavor suited my profile best. This directly guided my successful strategy of prioritizing marketplace product roles over others. He collaborated with me to portray my resume to be most favorable for these opportunities. I had five rounds of interviews, and I connected with Reuben after each of them.
