Nick does not need a review because his reputation speaks for itself. Nevertheless, I’ll say this — he has guided me like the North Star guides a sailor on his journey across the ocean. He provides timely advice and sage wisdom. He is not only a mentor but also a friend.

Quinn played a pivotal role in solidifying a personal statement outline I could be proud of and he and the Leland team encouraged confidence in my interview skills like no other center had done before. Quinn listened to my passions and goals during my personal statement brainstorm, providing exceptional guidance in structuring an outline that was concise and authentic to my journey. He made me excited to tell my story and took away any fear I was holding onto for the past year. Truly took me out of my writers block! This excitement was naturally reflected in my interview preparation as well. Quinn’s experience went a long way in learning how to fully articulate my thoughts into strong answers. I wholeheartedly attribute landing my very first internship to Nick. He was very generous with his time and super helpful in guiding me through the interview process. Nick cares deeply about the success of every person he works with. As a close friend, I've done case interview and resume prep with Nick over multiple recruiting cycles, and I've also watched him give dozens and dozens of interviews and coaching calls; he consistently gives deep, personal feedback, and invests a great deal of time outside calls to prepare himself and to build or find resources for the people he mentors. Several years into my PhD, I was getting really burnt out. With the heavy workload and unclear completion date, I lost all my confidence and started to mentally check out. Talking to friends/mentors didn't help. I was about ready to quit until I came across PhD coaching. From the very beginning, Kimberly was supportive and listened to me without judgment. She asked really thoughtful questions that I didn't even consider. She helped me figure out what I wanted out of my PhD (and post PhD) and empowered me to take control over my life without telling me exactly what to do and when to do it. I can't thank her enough!

I met Lee when we was working Business Development at Logical Buildings. While working directly under him I felt that I was met with the perfect level of oversight and independence.
