I have never felt such a desire to write a review! I was completely intimidated by the MBA application process and had no idea where to begin. Especially the GRE (I didn't even know if I should take the GMAT or GRE, which Avi helped me with). Avi made a daunting process, honestly enjoyable. The one-on-one sessions suited my learning style since I'm not good with large classes. Ultimately, I didn't hit my target score of 330. Still, a 326 was a huge improvement. That, combined with the insights and guidance he gave me on my essays landed me a seat at my dream school. As someone who has PTSD from standardized tests in high school and hates the F-word--fractions!--I am so grateful to Avi for giving me the tools to master the GRE. He's a little on the pricey side, sure, but after receiving my admissions decision from Northwestern, I had no regrets. If you're planning on taking the GMAT or GRE and applying to B School, I hope you have the same experience with Avi that I did.

I worked with Chip in building the jewelry brand Podium. He was an all around great coach that helped me think through my own startup and future career moves. He has a keen high-level perspective of various industries and storytelling, but can also give tangible tactical feedback. In general, a great guy and easy to talk to as well which makes getting to the heart of an issue straightforward.

I first worked together with Josh at Uber, where I was his data science partner. Josh set an immensely high bar as strong product leader and ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in product. I followed Josh to Faire as a PM on his team, where he helped me build my PM skillset and grow as an overall product thinker. He's a perceptive, thoughtful leader who cares deeply about the people around him. Josh has become a trusted mentor of mine, and he'd be a great coach for others who have the opportunity to learn from him.

Big thanks to Avi for helping me get into my number one choice, Stanford GSB--with a scholarship! I was recommended to Avi by my brother, who Avi helped get into Cornell. I started working with Avi during the summer, working first on the main narrative, taking his sharp edits and using them to craft my personal story. His notes were extremely helpful and he is very easy to work with. He also coached me on how to ask for letters of recommendation in a way that ensured they would really pop. He is effective in understanding your strengths and presenting them effectively. Overall, working on the main narrative as well as the supplemental essays, Avi did a great job on all of the edits. It was great working with him! Highly recommend it!

A+ experience with Avi! He helped me prep for the GMAT, popped a 740 after 5 weeks of prep (started with 630) and his knowledge of the test is unparalleled. Avi helped me put together a test-taking strategy, and gives great insight into how to approach each type of question. He does not waste time delving into unnecessary details, but rather reshapes seemingly complex concepts into manageable, simple solutions. Completely transformed the way I looked at the test, and my scores reflected that! After that, I decided to hire him for help on my essays. MBA apps are overwhelming and the word count is so short. Avi helped me to refine my career vision, worked with me to develop a cohesive and compelling narrative (or, as he puts it, "brand" me to the adcoms), and always made time to meet face to face when I felt the wash of anxiety coming on. He's not an "hour counter", instead taking whatever time it takes to get it right (in my case, it was seven drafts). Applied: Anderson, Haas, Booth, GSB Result: Dinged at GSB, admit to Anderson, Haas and Booth. Accepted offer at Haas (with partial scholarship). If you're lucky enough to find him and he's not booked, look no further!

Andrew possess all the qualities you’d want in a coach. He’s a great listener so he finds what truly suits you. He’s humble and willing to let you drive the conversation and focus on the customer, not himself. He also is very personable and well connected so he can connect you to people and resources that can boost your network. Highly recommend!

Andrew came to Brigham Young University and delivered a compelling presentation on how to utilize the networking capabilities of LinkedIn. Since his presentation, I have been able to connect with professionals and companies via LinkedIn and have been offered positions for the summer, largely due to implementing the tips Andrew provided during his workshop.

Andrew was a great mentor to me when I joined the sales program at USU. He is dedicated and very focused which I loved! I learned a lot from his trainings, which helped set me up for success through resume creation, LinkedIn optimization, and improving my sales skills.
