However, with Lynsey she was able to walk me through the steps to make this a successful and positive experience. Working with Lynsey was extremely helpful. She was able to support and organize the ideas in my essays that were true to my words but gave me the guidance I needed to make it polished, concise, and interesting to the reader. Andy is, without question, one of the best MBA admissions coaches in the world. He was my coach back in 2017 and I was admitted to HBS and Stanford GSB, something I never would have thought possible. I later founded Leland and Andy was one of the first coaches I called. It's been incredible seeing how many people he's now helped get in through Leland. I first heard about Andy as I spoke with friends who had applied and been admitted to top schools. After hearing his name from about the 5th Stanford GSB admit, I knew I needed to talk with him. I was skeptical of admissions consultants, and truthfully didn't really even know what they did. However, after only a few hours with Andy, it was clear that his guidance, strategy, insight, skill, and overall knowledge of what these schools are looking for was going to be critical. We worked through every step of my application. Resume, recommender selection, recommender prep, essays, awards, extracurriculars, and every other word I submitted to the schools. Andy was meticulous. He told me when things weren't good enough and told me when I should feel proud of what I was submitting. I'm forever grateful to have come across Andy and to have made the investment to work with him. It was worth it 1000x. If you are deciding who to work with, just go with Andy.
