I recommend Lucas as an MBA coach with absolutely no reservation! As a former engineer, I would continually get similar feedback “this essay is informative, structured, and logical, however, I don’t really feel like I know you.” When I reached out to Lucas, he didn’t start with the essays, he started with getting to know me — my aspirations, journey and unique value proposition. He revised essays, pushed me for thoughtful improvements, helped me draw a common through-line throughout the multiple pieces of my application (i.e., resume, recommendations, etc.), and, importantly, lent encouragement through the mental and emotional roller-coaster that is the MBA application process. Without his coaching, I don’t know if I would been able to tell my story in a genuine way that captures the beauty and reality of my personal journey. The only thing remotely transactional about working with Lucas is that he gets results, but other than that , he’s just an awesome person helping people accomplish their grad school dreams. I can’t say enough great things about this experience.

Patrick never gave anything short of a 110% during my period as a Court Reporter. He gave concise relevant advice in a very respectable and direct manner that was encouraging. He is very technically proficient and has a great grasp on business and strategy fundamentals through his triple major in university -- and wealth of corporate / startup experiences. The best quality about Vaibhav is his empathy and his understanding of people's different backgrounds and experiences -- and his tailored coaching to that through his personal connection with all his mentees. He is a strong leader and has led many organizations on campus which has built his organizational skills as well. All in all, Vaibhav is a outstanding mentor and I credit a lot of my successes to his consistent guidance and mentorship throughout my collegiate career.

I could not recommend Lucas more highly. I came from a different work background than most of my peers applying and Lucas helped me highlight my strengths and demonstrate why I would be exactly right for these schools even if I wasn't the "typical candidate". He patiently and kindly asked me questions about my life and work experience that helped shape my essays into ones I was unbelievably proud of. Though the process, he helped me believe in myself.
