Shubhankar’s mentorship was invaluable to me during his time at Accenture. As Shubhankar managed me on a sustainability strategy project in the day-to-day, his guidance made it much easier for me to succeed - I always felt that I had clear direction. His ability to think strategically and clearly define approaches is instrumental to any team he is a part of, and he clearly demonstrates hard work and dedication in all that he does. Shubhankar excels at identifying the strengths of others and how this can best be translated to value for any outcome. Shubhankar shows a high level of commitment to developing others, even those whose development may not directly impact him. Prior to our working together a project, he had already invested a significant amount of time into up-skilling and mentoring me. His ability to clearly explain difficult concepts and willingness to dedicate that time allowed me to grow at an accelerated rate. He was a great advocate for me and many others throughout Accenture.

I met Jessica through a mutual friend, and aside from being a great mentor, she’s been an awesome friend. As an applicant navigating admissions for the first time, I appreciated how accessible it was to reach out to Jessica. She’s been in my shoes, and she provided advice that was straightforward, concise, and productive. Applying a stressful process, and sometimes, applicants need more than just actionable goals. She’s always been in my corner, supporting me, so I have doubt that she’ll do the same for you. Lastly, she isn’t afraid to ask for help herself. If she doesn’t know the answer a question, she didn’t shy away from reaching out to peers, and I really appreciated that honesty and initiative. You’re gonna be in awesome hands with Jessica :)

I could have a ten minute conversation with Brandon and walk away having learned so much. I feel very fortunate to have worked with him early in my product design career as he taught me some really actionable ways to grasp a holistic understanding of the root user problem and how to view product design objectively and grounded in research. I'm also grateful for how patient he was with providing feedback and guidance what felt like endless iterations and truly became a better product designer because I worked with him.

Brandon and I worked together on a multilayered project. He’s a down-to-earth designer & peer leader who I respect immensely. He has excellent UX and UI skills, a detailed eye and lean mindset — but that’s just the beginning. He creates an open environment for feedback, brings clarity to challenges, and mentors others as a daily habit. In an ambiguous environment, he saw opportunity to not only create a design system, but also leverage it for cross-functional collaboration and up-skilling his peers. I’ve learned a lot from him, and I’d welcome the opportunity to work with Brandon again.

It was fantastic working with Brandon. He was a very dedicated lead designer and was always passionate about helping others figure out the design scope. I had the pleasure of working with Brandon on the NAVICA projects at Abbott Laboratories. He also helped the team smoothly transfer the Design System from Sketch to Figma. In addition, he provided outstanding mentorship and documentation that allowed the team to use the system without problem. I learned so many design skills from Brandon during the projects, and I highly recommend him to be part of the team.

Brandon is one of the most hardworking people I know. I have always looked up to him for his grit and dedication to being up to date with current industry-standard UX practices. He is naturally analytical which makes him a great sounding board for difficult projects. I have reached out to him many times for feedback on my work because he's honest and pays attention to detail. His analytical skills also have been very useful when doing user research. He would be a valuable asset to any team and I hope to work with him again.

Brandon was one of the best design thinkers I have worked with. His work is thoughtful, efficient, and user-centric. One of my favorite examples of Brandon's work was a time when we had a feature that leadership felt was going to be useful. Brandon was tasked to work on that feature. Brandon researched the feature and presented prototypes to a group of users. Based on the testing, users admitted that while they liked the feature, they wouldn't use it. Brandon bravely pushed back against the feature to the business, highlighting how much money the organization would save by not building the feature. I have referenced this case study many times extolling the virtue of UX research to test & validate features.

Her achievements are nothing short of remarkable, ranging from being accepted into prestigious Ivy League universities for her undergraduate studies to securing offers from top-tier medical schools like Harvard, Stanford, and Penn. What truly sets her apart is not just her impressive academic track record, but her deep understanding of the process and her genuine commitment to excellence. Her expertise, combined with a clear, strategic approach, makes her an outstanding coach. Anyone guided by her is certain to benefit immensely from her wealth of experience and insightful guidance.

Zach’s mentorship has been crucial in preparing me for a successful career in sales. His guidance at AWS encompasses what it truly means to excel as a salesperson. While I am yet to secure a job, his advice on navigating job opportunities and developing essential sales skills has been invaluable. His approach is not just about technical know-how; it’s about cultivating the qualities that define a great salesperson. Zach’s insights are preparing me to succeed in my future role.
