Since the day I met Zach at AWS he has given me his full time, attention, and advice. He’s helped me through complex sales opportunities, networking, my promotion, and countless other acts. Anyone would be lucky to have Zach as a mentor and guide throughout your career.

You are not going to find people as dedicated to helping others succeed like Zach often. I have known Zach for years and even in moments where he might be going through a rough patch - he is always helping others. For example, a few years back his wife and him went through one of the hardest trials I’ve ever seen and unfortunately lost their triplets that were born early - even in an extremely dark moment like that…he was always looking for ways to still help others and has a next level form of empathy and understanding. Zach is able to create ways to understand where others are currently at and help them grow. He knows how to explain things simply from a technical standpoint to help build value and help solve problems with an extremely high level of emotional intelligence. He speaks in a way where you can tell he genuinely cares about others and helping them reach their full potential. In 2023, I received coaching from him on ways to help my own career in understanding some of the cloud services that AWS offers since I work with telecom and network security, but he has helped me a lot over the years in different areas too. Any team that is able to add Zach as a coach in 2024 is getting easily one of the best options you can get and will see firsthand the high level of performance and positive impact he has on others in helping them reach their goals. I have seen him coach others at a professional level in both Spanish and English.

Gives great advice on how to fine polish your writing without being harsh. If there is something missing in your writing, she will find it and give you ideas as to incorporate it.

Akiva was an incredible mentor and coach to me and many others during my time at Stanford. He was one of the most impressive people in class - regularly hosting events and conferences on campus with high profile speakers and he graduated in the top 10% of the class.

Matthias is an incredible mentor and coach who provided me with unique insights to ace the application process. He helped me put my MBB application together, from screening my CV to checking my cover letter as well as casing. Thanks to his help, I got an internship offer at Simon-Kucher in Hong Kong, and I'm super excited to see what full-time jobs I can get with his guidance. I came with only a few years of work experience in a somewhat obscure industry - not consulting or investment banking - and I was worried if I could get into a top-tier b-school. I had lots and lots of questions and concerns. Shal was a patient listener and she answered all my questions and she genuinely cared. It was not just another candidate and another transaction for her. She not only took a keen personal interest in me but she asked probing questions and challenged me to put together the most compelling stories and narration for my b-school application. I interviewed several coaches before engaging with Shal and I have to admit it was the best decision I ever made. I could not have gotten accepted to each of my top 4 choices without her active guidance and help. She does not watch the hours of billing and is genuinely my best advocate.

ZeeShawn is an exceptional tutor. He is concise, straightforward, and very knowledgable.
