Ian is an amazing coach! To be honest, i have had a different coach prior to Ian but the coach was not very helpful and did not help me much in building my confidence for case prep. With Ian, i was able to learn things again from the start in a structured manner, supported with videos so that i dont have to waste my time learning the basics in live sessions. Ian is also a very supportive coach, when i mention that i lack the skills in certain areas, he immediately prepared practices that emphasize those skills and encouraged me, gave me advice to help me improve not only my skills but also my confidence

Sonam is a wealth of insight and experience with the capacity to think through and solve problems with logic and grace, and with the ability to assess associated risks and challenges. I was at a point in my career where I felt stuck on a path that was leading to a role I didn't want at a company I lost passion for. She helped me weigh my options and figure out practical steps to take to discover what I truly wanted and how to get there. She continues to help me in my current role with suggestions on how to grow my skillset and actually influence my company's strategic direction. She's a wonderful listener, advisor, and coach!

I didn’t really understand the role of a life coach. I’ve been to therapy, explored meditation, and spoken with my mentors and more recently was told I should try a life coach. I spoke with one I found through Instagram and it ended up being a few visits of repetitive catch phrases. I found one on Noomii and ended up working through a few exercises that felt robotic. And then a friend recommended Sonam. I can’t express my gratitude to Sonam enough. She actually cares. Each time we met, she made me feel heard, never rushed, and helped me figure what I wanted in my life and career. I’m still learning what balance means, but Sonam has helped me understand my priorities and enjoy my accomplishments. If you’re not sure, just talk to her and see if she can’t help you too.

Would highly recommend Ian as an excellent coach! His 3 session coaching package helped me receive an offer from BCG. As a coach, Ian did an amazing job of 1. Quickly identifying problem areas, 2. Giving useful feedback based on evaluation criteria, and 3. Tailoring the approach using unique cases to bring the best caser / problem solver in you out. I’ve recruited last cycle and thought I had all of the basics down, but Ian’s coaching helped me improve significantly and realize which approaches/mindsets to preparing were actually effective. Additionally, Ian provided many useful resources that I wouldn’t have had access to, including a unique map of frameworks, “different/unusual” case materials (aka not your usual profitability cases), math resources, industry overviews, etc. He lays it out in a very clear manner that made preparation much easier and faster. Finally, Ian was great person to talk with and was accommodating when I had last minute schedule changes, which was very much appreciated. All in all, would highly recommend!

On a scale of 1-5, stars, I would give this man 5 MILLION stars if I could. TONS of good advice for everything from resume improvement to case interviews to general knowledge. I will be meeting with him again and highly, HIGHLY recommend him to everyone else. I feel much more confident with my recruitment effort now. Worth every penny of his very reasonable prices.
