His approach is straight and cuts through fat to tell you what you need to do to get from where you are right now to becoming interview ready. Ian tailor's the sessions according to what you need work on and you get a lot more with Ian as the session is focused on what you really need from a coach and support material is shared offline which is also top-notch.

Through 1:1 coaching sessions, Ian helped me get from where I was (failing interviews) to where I needed to be: passing every single interview I got. I was able to secure an MBB offer by using Ian's case interview help and his behavioral answers. Fyi, he provides end-to-end coaching. So he was able to coach me through how to have high quality coffee chats to maximize chances of getting an interview. If your goal is to maximize your chances of 1) Getting an interview at Bain, BCG or McK, and 2) Passing those interviews and get offers, then I strongly recommend working with him on 1:1 coaching, taking his advice to heart, and practicing between sessions.

However, if you really want to get that job, then investing in his coaching will be so worth it.

Unbelievable - Took me from nothing to receiving MBB offers in 3 weeks (I had no prior case interview knowledge, and am from a non-business background). Cannot possibly recommend enough. After a few coaching sessions with Ian, I had my interviews, and I was never declined at any stage of any interview process, for any firm. I converted every single interview into a full-time offer with no prior experience. Not a minute of coaching time was wasted, homework was extremely valuable and feedback on it was super important in my learning. Cannot recommend enough. Couldn't have done it without.
