I came across Angela through a Leland MBA event and reached out to her right away because I was immediately impressed by her knowledge, clarity, and professionalism. She was quick to respond and I officially began working with her soon after. As a first-time MBA applicant from a non-traditional background, working with Angela has been invaluable. Navigating MBA applications (especially when targeting dream schools) can feel overwhelming and she has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though I am further along in my career, I have been concerned that with AI and the intense job market will make it hard to compete with others to find a job. However, Breanne's coaching has provided me insights on how to navigate the job search process, which has provided me the confidence I need to apply to jobs and, especially those in industries that I had never considered. Breanne was able to ask thoughtful questions which helped surface strengths and skills that I have accumulated throughout my career that I hadn’t been presenting effectively. She also showed me how to use AI to translated complex work experience into clear, compelling language that’s easy for others to understand. She provided me actionable and concrete examples —not just advice, that I will absolutely integrate into my job search process and in making my resume and applications more polished and competitive in this tough job market.

Michael first stood out to me when I met with him back over the summer. It was just an intro call to get ahead on my graduate school applications due in the winter, and he was personable, professional, and at no point ever tried to sell me on anything. In the age of AI, Michael was refreshingly human and was always able to see big picture of my (rather complex) story. He always considered my feedback and respectfully pushed back in areas he disagreed with me while explaining why. Although we only met face-to-face once, his asynchronous help was definitely the path to get the most value, which is also what felt like Michael wanted me to have. I applied to only one, highly competitive program so my chances of admission are slim, although Michael is the first person that comes to mind if I were to apply to another program in the future. I was not disappointed with any aspect of Michaels coaching in the slightest and he has my complete recommendation for any other future coachee.

I worked with Ashish during my final preparation for a PwC internship interview. He did a great job being encouraging, giving clear directions on what to do, and giving clear directions on what not to do. He did a great job walking me through all the common behavioral type questions with clear examples of weak/disqualifying answers (red flags) and specific ways to strengthen my responses.

Working with Katherine made a huge difference in landing offers at VCs. She is super supportive + responsive and gives amazing tactical advice esp. about initial interviews, case studies, and written prompts that was what pushed me towards the offer. She is super experienced and that really shines throughout the entire process from initial call through offer negotiation! I wouldn't have been able to do this without Katherine.

I contacted Felipe within a week of round 2 submissions, desperate for help to ground my narrative writing and career reflection. Felipe not only provided invaluable insight that catalyzed massive improvements throughout my application packages, but did so from the trenches.
