I’ve had the chance to be coached by Archana, and I can genuinely say she creates a very safe and comfortable space to open up and reflect. She doesn’t rush to give advice but instead asks the right questions that help you think deeper and arrive at your own clarity. What I really appreciated was her patience and the way she listens it never feels transactional. She’s very present in the conversation and helps you look at situations from perspectives you might not have considered before. My sessions with her have been insightful and grounding, and I’ve always walked away with more awareness and a clearer head. Jake has tremendous knowledge from his experience and is able to share it in a way where it is easily understandable. This is a huge plus when you are trying to learn complex algorithms and methodologies as he is able to explain it in a way which is easily digestible and you can actually understand it without having to memorize it.
