I have gone through Pam’s programming twice, once when leaving the military and once as an MBA student. I took a very atypical MBA recruiting approach with limited time on campus and participation in firm events, despite that, I converted 100% of the interview invites I received into offers. The results speak for themselves.

Jeff was a decisive part of my transition into NYU Stern School of Business and my shift from finance into product and strategy. Coming from Amazon and J.P. Morgan Chase, I needed to re-craft my narrative. Jeff pushed me to get precise on my story across impact and leadership. He didn’t let me stay comfortable and helped me reposition parts of my background like my work with the U.S. Amputee Football Federation as core to who I am. He’s direct, thoughtful, and was a strong sounding board to help me really think through what I was doing and why it mattered for my candidacy. One of the biggest things Michael helped me with was confidence. I had the right background but didn’t feel fully comfortable in interviews. Through mock interviews and feedback, he helped me become much more clear and confident in how I spoke. He also helped me simplify my answers, which made them much stronger overall. By the end of the process, I felt like I was presenting myself at a much higher level. That made a big difference.

Michael was honestly one of the most helpful people I spoke to during recruiting. He just “gets” the process and is really good at breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense. He helped me clean up my story, think through networking more strategically, and get sharper on technicals. The mock interviews were tough but in a good way... definitely helped me improve quickly. I also appreciated how honest he was with feedback. Overall, working with him made a noticeable difference.

Alex was a supervisor, mentor, and friend to me at Bain, and exceptional in each role. As a supervisor, she pushed me to hold myself and my work to a higher standard.
