Rochisha is a great friend of mine who is very driven and her ambition is contagious. She has a way of breaking down difficult goals into doable tasks. I value her opinion greatly and always seek advice on several aspects of life/career goals, tech industry, interview prep, offer negotiation etc. She has played a valuable role in me securing an offer from Meta from the point when it didn't seem possible to the very end. She has a gold mine of knowledge and experience and ability to think in multiple dimensions, bringing in perspectives that makes decision making easier and keeps you motivated.

Dirkes (as we liked to call him!) was one of the most memorable parts of my relatively short stint in investment banking. From getting into the model details, to helping us analysts navigate internal politics, to organizing team-building events, Dirkes always put our interests first while at the same time motivating us to work hard for the firm. It was not uncommon to see one or multiple junior-level bankers always hanging around his office and seeking advice, which was an uncommon level of access to senior-level bankers. Although we’ve lost touch over the years, I was excited to hear about this new development in his career and strongly encourage anyone who is considering to seek his mentorship!
