Sonia was a brilliant supervisor to me! While at the White House, she was great at giving clearly-defined projects that made my work feel significant while not being too overwhelming. Interpersonally, she was fantastic at identifying and reinforcing strengths she saw, helping me figure out where I’d been excelling and what to do more of.
