Working with Tom made a huge difference in my MBA application process. As someone coming from the submarine community, I knew I had a solid background - but so do a lot of vets applying to business school. Tom helped me pull out the parts of my story that felt personal and fresh, not just impressive on paper. We went through several rounds of edits on my essays, and Tom was hands-on the whole way - he helped me step back and rethink the overall message, and then zeroed in on specific word choices to make sure every sentence carried weight.
