Before I met Allyson, I used to think that coaching was only reserved for folks with clear short-term goals (like scoring over 700 on the GMAT). However, my coaching with Allyson focused a TON on building soft skills that has instilled within me a confidence that I'm often tapping into with my teams and projects. Casey is very knowledgable in all things consulting recruiting. She was selected as one of few Large Group Trainers for Kellogg’s Consulting Club, in which she presented in front of hundreds of students each week to teach them everything from casing basics to advanced strategies so they could be successful through the recruiting process. Casey is extremely approachable, smart, kind, and she herself was a very strong candidate through consulting recruiting (one of few Kellogg students to land interviews at all 3 MBB firms). Allyson is an amazing coach! I was coached by her at NYU Stern where she led a group of students through her Circle program. Through this program, Allyson guided us through sessions that enabled the group to connect on our shared experience in the program and analyze our careers goals from a new perspective, challenging the status quo that many of us were used to! She was able to do this by creating a safe and trusting environment, asking thought provoking questions, and getting to know all of her coachees. Through her coaching, I found myself feeling more comfortable in my community and more confident in my next career move! Overall, Allyson truly sets herself apart from other coaches given her empathetic and thoughtful coaching style which led me to new insights about myself which I wouldn't have gotten to without her!
