Jessica was extremely helpful in my career search process! She helped me define my core values and how those translate into the types of roles and companies that best align what I'm looking for in my career. She helped me narrow in on the types of roles that are best suited for me and how to identify target companies to apply to. She also gave me excellent advice on my resume and gave me very detailed comments that helped me better highlight my experience and stand out from the rest of applications.

Tracy helped bring a great deal of structure to my Tuck and CBS essays and figure out my story. I come from a low income background and Tracy was the perfect person to partner with to craft my story. I also had lots of ideas and life experiences i wanted to highlight in my essays, and Tracy helped me figure out which ones to prioritize. Highly recommend Tracy!
