Jessica was super helpful in reviewing my resume and cover letters, and helped me better them in ways I didn’t think to before. She spent time detailing feedback specific to my resume/CL and to the jobs I was applying to, and was able to send this feedback to me in advance of our call. This gave me time to review her notes, and made our call a lot more productive. I was looking for a career pivot, and she provided great insights on how to emphasize the transferability of my skills and how to write it out in a clear, effective way. She has a great knack for workshopping experience-related bullet points on a resume to be more hard-hitting and relevant. She also helped me better understand what jobs might best match my skills, and how to look for them. Overall, she provided a great perspective that I felt I needed in my job search process.
