A few months ago, I asked Indrani to look at my resume. She also gave me a consultation on how I could best present myself and encouraged me to go after positions which I didn't always feel qualified for. Fast forward to now: I am set to start an ideal position with one of the world's leaders in my field. In addition to the position that I accepted, I received 3 other offers for great jobs. I interviewed for a total of 6 positions and was offered 4 of them. If that is not an impressive success rate I don't know what is.

Indrani took my work history as a whole and helped assess my core skills to build a cohesive story. I was able to clearly convey my strengths to prospective employers and landed a great job.

Danny is seriously one of the smartest and brightest guys! But not only that he's so friendly, personable and easy to interact with. One of the greatest things that has come out of being mentored by Danny is becoming friends with him! He genuinely cares about your success and well-being, which I believe is so crucial and foundational for any coach. To go into more specifics as to HOW he helped, I was recruiting for management consulting. Danny was an experienced consultant for McKinsey and Company at this point. Danny's coaching helped me to improve my case abilities significantly! He also helped me to understand more than just “how” to case - he helped me to understand the nuances and differences between each firm's interviews, how to navigate these differences and how to perform well for each company. He also helped me to improve my “fit” interviews without breaking any rules. I ultimately received an offer at McKinsey and Company and I owe SO much of that to Danny Jones (of course there were many others that helped so I have to give them some credit also) but Danny Jones by far was the leader there!

Indrani provided valuable insight into today's job search process. She asked thoughtful questions that helped me focus my efforts and made suggested edits to my various communication vehicles (i.e., resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile). Using Google Docs, we talked through my work history and achievements, which allowed for real-time reevaluation and refinement. Overall, I got the career tune-up I was looking for and now feel ready to take that next step up the career ladder.

Indrani assisted my college grad with finding his first job. She was very responsive and knowledgeable about the job search process. She helped my son create the right resume for today's world, provided the required interview skills, and helped him devise an interview strategy for each prospective employer. After months of languishing on his own, he quickly landed his dream job thanks to Indrani's skill and guidance!

Danny was an absolutely incredible coach! He helped me through the whole process: resume, behavioral interview prep, and case interview prep. He excelled at making me feel comfortable and offered feedback that was simple enough that I could quickly implement it. We ran multiple cases and did several mock interviews. He never made me feel inadequate even when I had the most basic questions. I would recommend Danny to anyone. You won't find a more genuine and easygoing professional that can help you land a job at your dream firm.

Zane helped me land interviews at LinkedIn, Tesla, Pinterest, Facebook, several VC firms, & even a 'head of growth' role at a seed-round startup. His hands-on approach to interview prep & personal branding is highly engaging and especially helpful for transitioning jobs/careers (students, new graduates & early career). While mentoring me across multiple sectors (business strategy, analytics, Product Management), one thing remained constant - his proactivity, responsiveness, and genuine empathy. Over time, Zane has become a trusted career advisor whose opinion I seek regularly - he is truly someone who lives to uplift others.

I would highly recommend Zane for anyone who is looking for a coach who is very knowledgeable on breaking into Product Management and will be genuinely invested in your success and happiness. I started talking to Zane when I started my very first job in Tech and felt overwhelmed and lost when I thought about what I would do next. Once I got to the interview stage, Zane uncovered everything I needed to know about PM interviews, speaking from his own experiences interviewing at many companies. He also shared with me frameworks and methods I could apply to my own interviews and conducted multiple mock interviews in which he gave detailed feedback. Recruiting for banking can be stressful, but Julia was instrumental in helping me prep for interviews and ultimately land an offer. She is super knowledgeable about the industry, different firms, and the overall recruiting process. She also provided invaluable insights that helped me decide which groups I wanted to focus on. Would 100% recommend her as a mentor to anyone looking to break into banking!

I had a long session with Lex about career transitioning last year that has been quite impactful to my career goals. During the call, Lex asked calculated questions to draw out my aspirations including the what I want out of the short and long run arc of my career. He encourages you to be open about what you really want over the next five to ten years. We spent a bit of time on my resume and delved into specific roles to understand why I had chosen them. This helped uncover some interests that I hadn't really known I had. He focused the latter part of the call on creating an action plan with milestones and timelines that allowed me raise my ambition about what was possible. I'm currently in a finance role I really enjoy, in no small measure related to the plan we created in that session. In short if you are looking for an open-minded, thorough and empathetic guide, go with Lex!
