Recruiting for banking can be stressful, but Julia was instrumental in helping me prep for interviews and ultimately land an offer. She is super knowledgeable about the industry, different firms, and the overall recruiting process. She also provided invaluable insights that helped me decide which groups I wanted to focus on. I came to Prabha when I was feeling stuck updating my resume and getting prepared for what I knew would be a very rigorous interview process. Prabha literally spent HOURS working with me to update my CV into a sharp, concise format - and when that resume eventually secured an interview, she again spent hours working with me to fully prepare for each round. Prabha is that rare person who seems to have professional experience beyond her years - and it's no understatement to say that I literally would not have been able to secure my dream job without her help. I could not recommend her as a career coach enough!

I had a long session with Lex about career transitioning last year that has been quite impactful to my career goals. During the call, Lex asked calculated questions to draw out my aspirations including the what I want out of the short and long run arc of my career. He encourages you to be open about what you really want over the next five to ten years. We spent a bit of time on my resume and delved into specific roles to understand why I had chosen them. This helped uncover some interests that I hadn't really known I had. He focused the latter part of the call on creating an action plan with milestones and timelines that allowed me raise my ambition about what was possible. I'm currently in a finance role I really enjoy, in no small measure related to the plan we created in that session. Sanjeev was a great coach. Without much experience, I was initially quite lost and had absolutely no idea how to do a case, but fortunately Sanjeev talked me through it and guided me in the right direction. He did mock case interviews with me and gave me detailed feedback on how to make my answer more structured and MECE, how to sound more professional etc. I gradually got the hang of it and eventually got an MBB graduate offer! I am really grateful towards Sanjeev since I might not have got the offer without his help.

As someone who is not very familiar with the ins and outs of the consulting world, the guidance that Emily has provided me has changed that.
